I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR BEFORE I made a 2 hour drive that my credit wasn’t good . I made it clear I had no trade in or co-signer yet the guaranteed approval . Got there wasn’t even anything on their lot I co my credit wasn’t good . I made it clear I had no trade in or co-signer yet the guaranteed approval . Got there wasn’t even anything on their lot I could choose from , after wasting 2 hours the manager comes over and promised he would find me something in 2 days . Fast forward now they need a co-signer . No they are falsely advertising and unless you have perfect credit your wasting your time. I wasted 4 hours drive time by then only lying just so they could me in the door to try and do exactly what I told them. Scamming liars. More
Sales manager intervened on discussion of my trade-in. Told my salesman(Cole very nice gentleman) I could probly get $1200 outa selling it outright for sure. When he asked me how much "I" wanted for it I said $1200 dollars,,,,right then this other guy (whom I didnt know and was dressed like the janitor)comes up in between me and my salesman and says "what do you expect the dealer to do with the car after paying top dollar. I said I didnt know or care at that point. Not really the kinda guy that likes to be blindsided and rudely interupted I got defensive trying to get him to leave me alone,he wouldnt stop followed me around a vehicle in the showroom to where my wife was with him on my heels trying to gripe at me over my want of money for a trade in. After that I did have enough and hollered at him to stop ! He returned with nobody hollars at me I'm calling the cops.....I laughed and told my wife obviously we should leave. If my sales man would have offered me like $800 I would have said lets get this paperwork done. But no "mr rude man" intervened on something he shouldn't have and insisted on not shutting up. NO RESPECT AT ALL was given by this cat. Then I found out who he was and why my salesman didnt interupt him or he would've got fired. I will be making sure ever friend I have knows exactly how I was treated there. So now I will not be buying a Hyundai. Sorry. Cole,keep you're chin up. Hope you eventually get different manager,or is he a relative of the owner..... More
I have been their customer for many years and have bought and sold them many vehicles, and I will never go back after my experience today, as I tried to report what I believe is a major safety problem w the and sold them many vehicles, and I will never go back after my experience today, as I tried to report what I believe is a major safety problem w the Tucson; I was totally dissed, laughed at, eyes rolled at, and treated very rudely, all while just trying to explain our problem, They made me so mad I started shaking and could barely talk, but it was clear they weren't really trying to understand, although I believe I was very clear; My husband called too and basically told them the same thing, but he didn't get the whole rude experience laid on him;You can do better somewhere else, trust me! I called don wood at (740) 593-6643, number on website, for service on my 2015 Hyundai Tucson, to get scheduled for an update, I had received a notice from Hyundai Motor America, I was on hold for at least for service on my 2015 Hyundai Tucson, to get scheduled for an update, I had received a notice from Hyundai Motor America, I was on hold for at least 20 minutes, the operator would put me on hold to connect me to service department, at least 4 times the operator came back on the line to ask me who I wanted to be connected to, I finally gave up, never did get to talk to anyone in service department to schedule service. Bad! More
