The Finance manager was great. The rest was a horrible experience. 3% charge to use our own financing. Truck almost empty of gas. The salesman stated that we would have to pay service fee to figure out t experience. 3% charge to use our own financing. Truck almost empty of gas. The salesman stated that we would have to pay service fee to figure out the code to use our keyless entry. All of this after spending 5 hours in the dealership. We weren’t even offered water. I’m 68 years old. I’ve Purchased many vehicles. We like Fords. Don Wood was our only option as we wanted a used 4 wheel drive. The young man doing our paperwork was very very professional. The rest was a complete joke. I would never recommend this dealership and we’ve used them 10 years before. What has happened? More

Called over a week ago to find out about a Jeep Wrangler they had listed on cars.com and was told Garrett was the sales agent and he would get back to me.
