I TRADED IN MY CAR LAST YEAR MARCH 2013 WHEN I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW NISSAN SENTRA FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. AT THE TIME OF SALE I WAS TOLD THAT THE TAGS FOR MY OLD CAR WERE GOING TO BE RETURNED TO DMV AND I FOUN BRAND NEW NISSAN SENTRA FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. AT THE TIME OF SALE I WAS TOLD THAT THE TAGS FOR MY OLD CAR WERE GOING TO BE RETURNED TO DMV AND I FOUND OUT TODAY 2/26/14 THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AND I OWE THE TAX OFFICE. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP HOPING THAT THEY WOULD MAKE THIS SITUATION RIGHT AND RECEIVED THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE RESPONSE FROM SALES MANAGER BOBBY. HE TOLD ME TO PAY THE FINES TO THE TAX OFFICE MYSELF AND "GET OVER IT". I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT AFTER PURCHASING A 16,000 CAR FROM THEIR ESTABLISHMENT I WAS SPOKE TO LIKE THIS. I UNDERSTAND IF IT IS NOT THEIR ROUTINE PRACTICE TO TURN IN TAGS THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE RESPONSABLE, BUT THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD AT TIME OF SALE. PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT TO CHOSE WHERE THEY SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AT AND I WOULDN'T BUY A GUMBALL FROM THEM AFTER THE WAY THIS SO CALLED "MANAGER" SPOKE TO ME THIS MORNING. More
I received excellent customer service from the time I arrived until the time I left. My Altima was diagnosed quickly and the repairs took about three hours total. Everyone in the service department was courteous and it was a pleasure to deal with the service representative, Jacqueline. The repairs were well documented and the costs were explained in detail. I would recommend this service department to anyone. More

My husband & I decided to purchase a more dependable vehicle then the one we had, so we went to Don Williamson. Let me say everyone was friendly until we started having issues with our Explorer we bough vehicle then the one we had, so we went to Don Williamson. Let me say everyone was friendly until we started having issues with our Explorer we bought. Within 2 weeks after we purchased it, we had to take it to the shop. It has been in the shop 4 times in 10 months & this time needs a new engine. We have only put 5700 miles on it (it only had 60000 when we purchased it) since we purchased it & the shop we took it to this time said the other problems (cooling system) is why the block is cracked(need new engine) because it has an aluminum block, so it first starting happening 2 weeks after we received it. They have basically in a not so friendly way now told us, too bad because we didn't purchase the extended warranty. Well when we purchased it we told them we needed our payments to be no more then $350 but it ended up being $381 so we couldn't purchase the extended warranty but the warranty price was outrageous so by the time we would have purchased it we could have bought a new car. I have been told from a former employee, that has gone on record for us with our attorney, that they own the warranty company & either they don't offer extended warranties on their used cars or if they do it costs too much too add. I was also told from this former employee that I'm not the only person this has been done too. And if you notice that none of their used cars are certified from the dealership, that's because they purchase them out of FL at auctions...I found out!! Would not recommend buying a used car from them & I will be telling anyone I can about my experience so hopefully no one else will get ripped off from them. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More
I have a 05 Titan with brand new tires. After a 1000 miles, the right front tire tread on the outer edge was scuffing. My regular tire shop said that the alignment was within specks. Williamson Nissan had to change the tow on the right side. From reception to finish, everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. Williamson is an outstanding business ! More
I took my truck to this dealership to get fixed, needed a drive shaft changed and my brakes changed as well. Spent over $1,200 dollars here at this location in Jacksonville. Took the truck home and was still having problems with the drive shaft. Took it back to the service department and told them there was still a noise coming from the drive shaft. They told me that they would look at it. After looking at it they told me that there was nothing they could do because my truck had a slight lift on it they could not guarantee the work they did. So I took it to someone else and they told me that the wrong parts were put on the truck. Well I took the truck back to them and told them what I was told. Well that was bad I guess because the service manager told me that they have been doing this for years and that I was wrong. I told him that I wanted to talk to his boss and he told me that he was the boss and I needed to leave now. I told him I wanted my drive shaft so I could take it somewhere and get a 3rd look. Well again he didn’t like this so he told me to get out of the service area since there were customers there and he didn’t want them hearing what they did to me. I again told him I wanted to talk to his boss and he just laughed at me and would not talk to me. I tried to call the lady in charge when I left and I got a hold of her but she took his side with no questions asked. I took my truck somewhere else and they fixed my truck and I had no problems after that with it. I tell everyone that I run into that this place is horrible and they need to stay away from them. If you do go hopefully they treat you like customers that they want back not like garbage they put in the street. More
My husband and I bought a brand new Pathfinder and we were pleased at first with the service. Then there were some issues and Kevin Higel became very rude with me and was calling me 2-3 times a day to ge were pleased at first with the service. I told him several time he needed to call my husband because I was very busy with a newborn and my 2 1/2 year old then I went back to work and he would get upset when I didn't answer my phone anytime he called. I am at work and can't answer my phone every time. For the most part we are satisfied with Don Williamson and would recommend them but we recommend to not see Kevin Higel. More
I TOTALED MY TOLD TRUCK WHEN A DEER RAN OUT IN FRONT OF ME IN EARLY JANUARY 2013. I KNOW IT WAS AN OLD TRUCK BUT IT HAD SENTIMENTAL VALUE TO ME AS MY DAUGHTER AND ALL OF HER FRIENDS GREW UP IN THAT TRUCK. ME IN EARLY JANUARY 2013. I KNOW IT WAS AN OLD TRUCK BUT IT HAD SENTIMENTAL VALUE TO ME AS MY DAUGHTER AND ALL OF HER FRIENDS GREW UP IN THAT TRUCK. IT WAS VERY HARD TO LET IT GO BUT I HAD NO CHOICE. FOR SEVERAL WEEKS I LOOKED AT TRUCKS BUT TO NO AVAIL. THEN I FOUND DON WILLIAMSON NISSAN. FROM THE SECOND I WALKED THROUGH THE DOORS I WAS GREETED IN A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MANNER THAN THE OTHER DEALERS I HAD BEEN TOO. THEY WEREN'T PUSHY AND THEY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH ME AND SEEMED TO APPRECIATE ME BEING THERE. IT WAS LIKE WALKING THROUGH THE DOORS OF MY OWN HOME. THE SALES MANAGER, FRANK GLADWELL, TALKED TO ME FOR A FEW MINUTES TOO GET A FEEL FOR WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND PROMPTLY HOOKED ME RIGHT UP WITH A GREAT SALESMAN BY THE NAME OF GRANT. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG FOR ME TO FIND WHAT I WANTED AS THEIR INVENTORY WAS VERY ADEQUATE. IN NO TIME AT ALL THEY WORKED OUT A DEAL TO FIT MY BUDGET AND MADE ME ONE HAPPY CAMPER. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN FOR SERVICE ON MY TRUCK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. More
