service i've had three THREE bad experiences with service. 1- there was a rattling noise coming from my car. ended up being some kind of plate on the bottom i've had three THREE bad experiences with service. 1- there was a rattling noise coming from my car. ended up being some kind of plate on the bottom on the car. take it back in when the part was in to have it fixed, only to pick it up & turn right around to go back. my check engine light came on, turns out they said "my o2 censor went back" but they FORGOT to hook it back up. 2- i ran over a bolt in the middle of the intersection, took my car into have the tire repaired or replaced. they took the tire off & plugged it from the inside out but also FORGOT to balance the tire when they put it back on. then accused me of hitting a curb but could not point out where. they said there was marks on it that pointed to me hitting a curb. 3- took my husbands car in for an oil change & tire rotation. only to return AGAIN. they FORGOT to put TWO lugnuts back on the tire. the technician that worked on the car, said he didn't remember working on the car or taking the tires off, & walked away from me. i didn't get an apology for the mistake. when the service advisor confirmed it was in fact the person he was no where to be found. the lugnuts that he put back on the car were not even tight. the service advisors are amazing. greet me by my name every time i go in there. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM FROM THEM. the technicians/mechanics are the worse to ever work there. i've dealt with the service manager TWICE now. More
Sold me a cop car with damaged covered up parts Scammers I drove 3 hours to buy the car of my dreams. I worked several years to save my money to get my first car and the car I wanted. I bought a certified pr I drove 3 hours to buy the car of my dreams. I worked several years to save my money to get my first car and the car I wanted. I bought a certified preowned 2015 Ford Mustang. It had scuff marks on it only one that concerned me but he said since I live 3 hours away and had to be at work I could bring it back and they would repaint it. I also noticed on the exhaust pipes that there was black build up which I found odd and when I asked what that was he said it was just dirt that they will get it cleaned up. I drove away very happy besides the lack of customer care I was excited to have my car. Next morning I noticed this " black stuff in pieces on the ground right underneath my exhaust pipes. This started to happen more and more. I then realized that it in fact was not dirt they were my exhaust pipes it was rusting rapidly falling apart. I called took several weeks. They told me to go to ford to see if they covered it since its under warranty. Went to ford they said no bc they were after market parts. Took several more days to finally get in touch and when I did I was rudely told by the manager that I would have to pay only the cost of what they pay which was more than 2000$ !?!?!! I shouldn't have to pay a dime after being lied to and sold a vehicle w aftermarket damaged parts that had been painted over to hide. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY do not care about their customers. It is only to sale which normally would be fine but the vehicles are defective. Its a shame a big company would deceive their customers. I never write reviews but I felt I would not be a good person to let others buy any products from scammers consciously. The worst treatment I HAVE EVER RECIEVED AS A CUSTOMER. YOU SHOULD NOT BE SELLING DEFECTIVE CARS AND LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. CLEARLY A GREEDY BUSINESS WITH NO MORAL RESPECT OR VALUES. More
UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO RISK YOUR LIFE, DON'T GO TO THERE! I am the kind of person that only take my car to Nissan dealership for ANY kind of service. Even oil change. I NEVER had my car serviced anywhere els I am the kind of person that only take my car to Nissan dealership for ANY kind of service. Even oil change. I NEVER had my car serviced anywhere else for safety concerns. I've always only trusted the Nissa dealeaship, until yesterday, 04/06/2016. I took my Pathfinder to this Dom Williamson Nisan to fix a low tire and they told me there were 2 nails on my tire (one of them on the side of the tire- they took a picture and showed me) and they "fixed". 5 Days later, the tire they had supposed fixed just BLEW leaving me on a busy street. So I took my tire to Sam's Club to have it fixed and was just shocked when the technicians at Sams told me that fixing the sides of a tire is AGAINST THE LAW. Yes, it is illegal!!! It's dangerous and it jeopardized not only my own life but also others sharing the road with me. Sam's crew also added that the way my tire is damaged it could have not been done by a nail (funny, since I saw the picture of that nail at Nissan) because it had a tear of around 3 inches. It was most probably done when the tire was being removed from the wheel. Sams crew advised me to go back to Nissan and claim for new tires (not only one for safety issues). And they even warned me that Nissan would try to blame them (Sams's crew) for their mess since it was a pretty danger situation, that could've resulted in death, but they (Sams' Crew) were not worried cause they have 4 cameras in their service room to back them up! Well after hearing all those things I left that place in tears, shaking just to know that I had been driving my car in those condition and risking the lives of my two little princesses I went to Don Williamson Nissan and they also treated me like a second rate citizen. DENIAL, DENIAL, DENIAL!!!!!!!! Dom Williamson Nissan just denied they had serviced the side of my tire (just as Sam's crew had predicted), they tried to blame Sams's for that damage but after I told them about the cameras they implied it was me (I am a 43 years old mother of a 5 and 8 years old girls -my husband is a millitary currently deployed risking his life to keep ours safe so Nissan can risk the lives of his wife and daughters- how could I possibly attempt to fix or damage a tire if I can't even lift it? I can't even change a flat tire (so I called AAA)- How disrespectful! They have that picture and they know I know! I've asked to see the camera images of their crew servicing my tire but I was told they don't have any cameras in their service room! Hmmm...Really? I wonder why... cheesy!! Anyway, I have proof of everything I stated! All I asked was a set of tires so I could drive safely again, just like I was before all this Nissan ordeal. But nooo... they are only offering to give one (and I should take the hit and pay for the other 3 if I want to drive safely with peace of mind. I am not a dishonest person, I am not the kind who wants to milk the cow, I AM NOT A LIAR!! But I know my rights as a citizen and I just wanted what was fair. My car in the same safety condition it was before I took it to Dom Williamson Nissan, with the 4 matching tires!!! After reading Nissan Reply, let me clarify some points: 1: Sams club NEVER removed, patched, fixed repaired or even attempted to repair my tire. They ONLY showed me the the repair YOU, NISSAN, did to the side of my tire 2: You keep denying that you fixed the side of my tire. Freddie Hergett SHOWED me the picture of the nail in the SIDE of my tire AND told me it was being fixed by you. Now you play crazy, stating you only did one repair when actually you did 2 and showed me the picture! You denial is offensive! Go check Freddie's cell phone for the picture he showed me of the nail in the side of the tire! IT DOES EXIST! And stop trying to make me look bad as if I were lying of trying to "milk the cow" and get new set of tires for free! 3- You mentioned that you've informed me that I'd soon need a new set of tires. Yes you did ! And I asked you, backed then, "How soon?" and you said you could not predict. Last week, when I went to your store, I've asked Freddie If it was time to have them changed (I'm all about safety and I was willing to purhchased the 4 sets right there, at that moment) and he again, told me that it was STILL NOT NECESSARY! In other words, if I needed new tires, why the heck did you fix my old one? Wouldn't it be a liability? The answer is, when Freddie told me I needed NOT new tires yet, you guys hadn't started to work on my case, damaged my tire, bla bla bla... 4- It is clear to me that your strategy is to undermine my claim because of the condition of my tires. I admit it was pretty used,, but still, according to NISSAN, UNDER SAFE CONDITION! You sent me to the street with those tires, I relied on your expertise. So, according to this scenario, I'd be having a happy end if my tires were looking new! Watch out potential costumer, if your tire are not looking new, costumer service will treat you like crap! 5- When I looked for your service, I had 1 set of matching tires; same maker, same model same years of use. All I ask is to have my car in the same condition it was before you serviced it. 1 set of matching tires; same model, same year same brand! Just like it was before! PS: Freddie Hergert has the picture of a nail on the side of my tire (he showed it to me to corroborate the time it was taking to have it fixed) , ok? Go check it out with him! And stop this nonsense of denial! I haven't reported that case to the police. Yet. You keep trying to picture me as a liar and I'll have to prove who is the liar here! As I told you before, I am an HONEST PERSON AND VERY PROUD OF IT!! PPS: I still want a set of 4 matching tires. Regardless the condition of my current ones, it is my right!! You don't have the right to screw customers with tires that don't look brand new! More
Take your business somewhere else First of all, I will start by saying that I hate writing reviews, just as much as I hated their service. With that being said, I had to take my truck First of all, I will start by saying that I hate writing reviews, just as much as I hated their service. With that being said, I had to take my truck to their repair shop, to start it took them two(2) to reach me back with a "diagnostic", after I made they said they coulnt find what was wrong with it, and that to start off they needed to take out my after market remote starter and that "hopefully" it would solve the issue...boom! they took the part out and charged me $250 for this nonesense, thay called me back after they couldnt restart the vehicle and told my that the spark plugs need to be change and that was going to be around $350 more or less, they pretty much expected me to throw parts at it until it tuned over. At this point I had had enough with the car and decided I was going to get a preowned vehicle, Thats when my sales consultant greeted me and showed me around the parcking lot, and everything at this point sounds like a dream you dont want to wake up from. The sales guy was well trained, and I ended up getting one of their preowned cars, to make the story short, the overall value for the car was overpriced I wish I had given it a little more thought before signing, but I did. Thats not all, after I signed, they told me they would have my car ready the next day, because it needed to get detailed and all this xxxxxxxx, which it clearly wasnt done when I picked it up, it just shows the lack of interest to actually help a military community but instead how hungry they are to get their money. I really hope that anyone going through a similar situation, reads this messages before make a decision. Looking forward desperately, to pay off the loan Asap and not have to deal with them again! Thank you for your "service" DW Nissan! More
Poor Customer Service I run a business and between my business and family, have bought 10 vehicles from Nissan over the last 4 years, most of them From Don Willliamson Niss I run a business and between my business and family, have bought 10 vehicles from Nissan over the last 4 years, most of them From Don Willliamson Nissan. Had a great experience the first couple of times, but lately, customer service has been lacking. I called this summer trying to help one of my daughters get into a car and had asked to have the salesman email me information about some cars he had that might fit what my daughter was looking. I was told to just "see what you might like online". After speaking to the salesperson a second time, he advised me he would get me some info and prices on a couple, but never heard back from him and ending up taking her to Marine Chevrolet to buy her a new car because Don Williamson Nissan wouldn't even try to sale us a car. For those reasons, when my son needed a vehicle about a month ago, I didn't have confidence that Don Willliamson Nissan would help him out, so I sent him to Marine Chevrolet and they were more than willing to work with him on purchasing a vehicle the same day. More recently, another daughter whom I did help get her Nissan from Don Williamson, took her car in for the promised "free oil change". After setting an appointment and waiting nearly an hour, she was told they "couldn't find her in the system". She left but kept following up and was then told she was "blocked from the system because her insurance had lapsed". Upon following up with the insurance company we were assured there had been no lapses in coverages (and couldn't figure out what that had to do with an oil change anyway). She was then told they wouldn't change her oil because they had paid $900 of her insurance and had never been reimbursed by her, but when she asked for further information (because she's made all her insurance payments herself) she was told that she would have to call someone else because they couldn't answer that question. Of course, when she did so, she could only get a voicemail. In an effort to try to help her, I emailed the Executive Manager, Alycia Tomazic, and never so much as got an acknowledgement of my email. After several years of good relationships, I'm very disappointed in the sales department, the service department, and management as I've had less than satisfactory service in dealing with all three. I seriously doubt at this point if we'll buy our next 10 vehicles from Don Williamson Nissan. More
Good customer service, faulty vehicles I just bought a van from this dealership Monday because we needed a bigger vehicle and are going out of town for a few weeks. My sales agent Jenni wa I just bought a van from this dealership Monday because we needed a bigger vehicle and are going out of town for a few weeks. My sales agent Jenni was very helpful and extremely friendly, she was quite personable and helped us find a vehicle that fit our needs perfectly. She was also able to get us a monthly payment that we were looking for. However, 2 days later my vehicle isn't switching gears and my transmission light is on. This concerns me due to the fact that the vehicle is only a year old and has low mileage. I brought it in to be looked at and they can't get it in to the chrysler dealership until next Tuesday. I'm supposed to be leaving this weekend for vacation. I am disappointed that I am unable to take my new vehicle on my trip which is the reason I bought it. I am also irritated that I am unable to leave for my vacation as scheduled due to a large enough rental not being available until a later date. Pat, the sales manager did personally call me to apologize and advised that he will do the best he can to get me a large enough vehicle in time for my trip. He even offered to drive to Raleigh if needed to obtain a vehicle so I can leave on time. Although I am still highly upset that my car is having issues 2 days after purchase, the customer service I am receiving in the meantime has been exceptional. More
