My first oil change was quick - and the staff in the service department was very accomodating. I feel that I can trust the service department which means a lot to me. This dealership is great. I bought my Jeep Back in March of 2010 and ever since then they've been nothing but helpful and attentive to any needs and/or questions I've had. James Johnson, Service Adviser at Don White's Timonium is always friendly, courteous, organized and helpful in addition to being extremely knowledgeable on Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep products. He follows up while the vehicle is in the shop and keeps me posted on repair and maintenance costs.
