For several weeks, I was experiencing a shudder (aka death wobble) on my 06 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. James, the service manager, was patient and seemed genuine about resolving my issue. My Jeep is now fixed and I can say it was certainly worth driving the extra 10 miles. More
We drive to another Dodge dealer to have our maintenance done because of the numerous issues we've had with service. It was bad enougth that an employee approached my husband at his place of work to appolog done because of the numerous issues we've had with service. It was bad enougth that an employee approached my husband at his place of work to appologize for how the front desk saff as well as the service manager spoke to his wife. The only redeeming quality at Don White's is the excellent sales staff. It's a shame they can't back it up with repairs because we would be happy to spend our money there. More

I went in today May 4th for a scheduled visit for oil change and brake inspection. It was discovered that the rear brake rotors have to be replaced. James had me in and out in a short time. Don White Dodge Chrysler Jeep is a preferred service facility for my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. I have used this facility for a number of years now, and am regularly taken care of by Mr. James Johnson, facility for my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. I have used this facility for a number of years now, and am regularly taken care of by Mr. James Johnson, whom I have come to trust. I believe Mr. Johnson appreciates the attention and care I demonstrate for the optimum operation of my vehicle and is always knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and eager to help. At the same time, I do not get the impression the service department is trying to "pad" the work order with unnecessary and expensive repairs. I can leave the facility with confidence in knowing that the job was done right, the first time. More
I always have my Durango serviced at Don White's even though it is not where I purchased it. Don White's is a very convenient location for me. I feel the price of the service is very high compared to what an independent shop would charge me but I feel better having it serviced at a dealer whose service employees have worked there for a very long time. I recently needed a new engine and after pricing out several options, I went outside of the dealer because the price was less than half of the dealer price with a much longer warranty. That was very dissapointing to me. I usually work with Chuck (can't remember his last name) and I have been working more with James Johnson in Chuck's absence. I am always treated with respect and the repairs and services are explained to me fully and are of high quality. There were a couple of instances where the service was not satisfactory. 1) I had brake work done and I noticed a scraping noise afterwards. Something was overlooked at the time of service and it was easily and qickly corrected when I returned the vehicle. 2) My car was to be picked up and towed to the business who replaced my engine. Calls were made to the dealer by me and the towing company to expect pickup that day and when the towing service arrived, my vehicle was not able to be released. I was charged for the extra trip. Don White's did compensate me by providing a service (detailing) at no charge. No one is perfect and I don't get upset when things happen as long as responsibility is taken and the issue is corrected. I also greatly appreciate the shuttle service that is available. I wish the prices were more reasonable. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to share my thoughts and experiences with you. More
My first oil change was quick - and the staff in the service department was very accomodating. I feel that I can trust the service department which means a lot to me. Don White service department is OUTSTANDING. I have a modified van for my wheelchair and they always get me out in a VERY timely manner.
