At 5:30 pm I called to see if the car was finished, was put on hold, and never did get a person (except the annoying woman's voice repeatedly and continually advertising Don White). At 6:00 I called back to be told the service department was closed, but that I could pick up my car until 8:30 pm. I think the service department does good work, but I would have appreciated a call from Patrick to tell me the car was ready since I needed a ride to the site. I do thank the ladies in the office for their courteous assistance. More

Your car will be ready at....and then you call and you can't reach your service advisor, and you leave a message, and you wait.... However, This was not the case with Don White. The service advisor, Joy, was just that: a real joy. She called me to go over the service (I had done a night drop-off), she called me with an update, she called me with a solution to a problem....all in a timely manner, and always pleasant and polite. She made what could have been a very frustrating experience one that was smooth and easy. Good job. More
