I absolutely understand. I also understand your frustrations, I only wish that Mike had been available when you had visited and hopefully the outcome would have been better on our end. It distresses me when we do not do everything possible to assist our Internet Customers, especially when that customer also has previously purchased from us. If there is anything you may need in the future, please look to me personally and I will actively assist you. I wish I had known about your issue last year and I could have tried to intervene.
