Purchased an $81,000 2021 F350 DRW 4x4 in Sept 2023 from salesman Mike Hartman and general manager Mike Barker and was told multiple items serviced prior to purchase. After several hour drive home found ma salesman Mike Hartman and general manager Mike Barker and was told multiple items serviced prior to purchase. After several hour drive home found many of the items stated to have been serviced appearing in need of repair/service. Attempted to contact dealer for repair and was belittled by the general manager for following up on items. Attempted to contact owner by phone to discuss interactions with general manager and issues with truck and was told all communication would need to go through general manager. Sent owners Don and Vicky Vance a certified letter attempting to remediate issues with truck purchase prior to leaving review and had no response 3 weeks later. More

My wife and bought a Ford Explorer two weeks ago, salesman was great very friendly and down to earth.
