He showed me what I wanted to see, explained differences as we changed trim or models and not once made me feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy any car, let alone one I wasn't "sold" on. I came back more than once to compare or ask questions and even spoke to him on the phone before deciding to negotiate a sale - Alex treated both me and my husband with friendly patience each and every time. On top of that, he worked with management on our behalf to negotiate a price we were pleased with. I visited multiple other dealerships while deciding which vehicle make to purchase and Alex, by far, provided the best experience helping me to come home with a great, new car. More

Perfect Day I was in the market for a new car and was ready for a change. (My old car was a Lexus 350). I test drove it, got some literature and thanked him for his time. I drove several other vehicles but decided this VW was for me. I went back to drive the car again and took my husband to show him.
