Wonderful dealership, great deals, friendly staff! I am so thankful for Don Thornton VW, my salesman Zach Brown, & Dan Huber, finance manager, for getting me a brand new Jetta with all the extras I wan I am so thankful for Don Thornton VW, my salesman Zach Brown, & Dan Huber, finance manager, for getting me a brand new Jetta with all the extras I wanted in my price range. I compared other VW dealers, but no one came close. Zach also got a great deal on a pre-owned Jetta for my daughter around a year ago,, which is why I looked here when I needed a new car.. Professional and efficient Zach was on point! He provided me with images and descriptions of vehicles I was interested in. When I went to the dealership they were cleaned and re Zach was on point! He provided me with images and descriptions of vehicles I was interested in. When I went to the dealership they were cleaned and ready for me to look at and drive. I made my choice and with in a couple of hours of arriving at the dealership, we were driving away in our new R-Line Passat. Zach gave us a very comprehensive demonstration of the vehicle and all of its features as well as an introduction to the service department staff. Everyone at Don Thornton Volkswagen extremely friendly and professional. A top notch organization for sure! More
