Expensive repair, problem not even fixed after 10 days. Took Piaggio scooter in for repair, it had under 100 miles on it. Called dealership and they said maybe needs a new carborater, they will pick scooter the next day and give me a price on a new carborator. No one ever called me back and no one picked up the scooter, what a joke, xxxx poor way to run a business More

Beware of using this dealer for service! Through the last decade I have given this dealer chance after chance to diagnose issues with my new Ford vehicles....They have never fixed one issue t Through the last decade I have given this dealer chance after chance to diagnose issues with my new Ford vehicles....They have never fixed one issue the first trip. I told myself I would never return to the dealer after one of the service techs hit a lift post with my 2 day old truck and never told me. He let me get home and discover the giant dent in my bumper. The service coordinator told me that is why I carry insurance. They never helped me repair the damage they caused. That was in 2008. My most recent issue with a simple new set of tires takes the cake. I bought a brand new set of high end tires and they shake horribly at 50-60mph. They have kept my new truck for over 14 days and have done nothing bit blamed the truck for the problems. After the 5th trip for a set of brand new fualty tires I was told by Scott Tester they have everything they can, and don't bring it back. After that comment he also informed me that since I didn't purchase my truck from him, why would he help me resolve an issue with it. Even though I spent 1000+ dollars for 4 tires! Be very skeptical dealing with them as a whole. They will not have anymore business from my family ever again. More
