I had the opportunity to visit the dealership and met with Mitch Stein to shop a new Outlander Sport . I thought he was the guy I would be working with and would find a way to give me a deal and financing that works best for me. That trust was shattered. He doesn’t have any negotiating power and has to basically walk between where your seated in the round tables in the middle of the tiny dealership to a man named Kolin…I guess the puppeteer. Kolin is a used car dealer sales man as it gets. I felt bad for Mitch because he wanted to help but Kolin just wanted to milk me for all I had. I finally said “Mitch bring him over.” Kolin doesn’t put customers first, he is arrogant and trying to talk numbers with him is like a root canal without anesthesia. Just went I had enough but was too emotional about the car I wanted…I thought we were almost done. He spent 15 minutes scaring me about how someone would rear end me if i didn’t take their silly Pulse flashing light system for the rear end brake. $200 for a $5 part and 10 minutes of install. More

This dealership is a joke. The environment is poorly kept and uncomfortable. I am not exaggerating to say this is basically a barn whereas a dealer like Luther Brookdale Mitsu is like a really fancy modern d and uncomfortable. When it came to talk price, WOW did they try to rip me off. They wanted full MSRP, when every other dealer was providing discounts and gift cards for financing. I should have seen why no one goes here. They wanted to pull a fast one on me. No sir, sorry Mitch... I have half a brain. More
