Service after the sale is horrible - basically non-existent. I purchased two vehicles from them during the last year - a 2020 Camry and a 2021 Corolla Hybrid. On the hybrid, they will not prope non-existent. I purchased two vehicles from them during the last year - a 2020 Camry and a 2021 Corolla Hybrid. On the hybrid, they will not properly replace headlights under warranty that do not light up the roadway, but they claim it is normal and will not do anything about it. The passenger seat also incessantly vibrates and they also say this is normal. Both are safety hazards but instead of bringing the car up to an acceptable enjoyable driving standard. You can get a good price on a new vehicle here; don’t get me wrong. This is why I bought two cars from them. You just don’t get any service after your purchase. More

100% Understanding of Customer Service I drive a 2015 Avalon XLE. On a recent return from Austin to Temple my vehicle started making a horrible loud noise. Although there was no debris or other obstructions in the roadway, the air dam beneath the engine compartment had become separated from the anchors along the bottom of the front bumper. I eased on to my residence and parked the car in the garage. Due to family medical concerns in Austin I did not have time to immediately address the problem. I opted to drive my wife’s vehicle and leave mine garaged while I returned to Austin. 8:days later when I happened to be home for a 3 day break I contacted D.R. Toyota Service And explained the problem. They made me an Appt. for a Tuesday morning. I showed up, delivered the car and prepared to spend the morning in their waiting room. 30 minutes later the service adviser brought me my keys, advised I was ready to go. She also told me that there was an airbag recall on my vehicle that they had corrected, too. Oh yes, and there was No Charge. I did not expect that, nor agree with it, but she insisted that the reason they were there was to help in situations like this. I’ve been nothing less than impressed and 100% satisfied with this dealership since we move to Temple, Texas 3 years ago. I highly recommend the entire dealership team. More
Regular maintenance on my Highlander. Bella came out and met me at my car. I gave her my key and told her I had an appt. for the 40,000 miles service. While waiting she came over and showed me the air and cabin filter needed changing, I agreed and they took care of it. In about half an hour I was out the door and on my way back home. It was a very quick and efficient process. More

No one working today that could do my state inspection I called earlier in the week to make an appointment for my state inspection. The woman I talked to said no appointment was needed, just come in.
