Small town charm I called Don Ringler about a truck they had advertised and let them know I would like to take a look but would not be able to make it for about 5 days I called Don Ringler about a truck they had advertised and let them know I would like to take a look but would not be able to make it for about 5 days as I live 160 miles away. They pulled the truck for me and held it to make sure I would have an opportunity to see it. My wife and I arrived and were greeted at the door by our salesman who had the truck filled up, detailed and waiting for us. We took our test drive and wanted to go have lunch to think about. Don Ringler allowed us to take the truck to lunch. Needless to say we decided to buy the truck and both the sales and finance department bent over backwards to get the deal done. This was the 2nd truck I had bought in 3 months and the experience was 180 degrees from the first one that I bought a dealer in Houston. The follow up after saw has been even more impressive. I would recommend the Don Ringler dealerships to anyone, and will give them the first opportunity at my future business despite living 3 1/2 hours away.
