Most honest salesperson I've ever dealt with. Was out looking for a new car for my wife and ended up in your dealership in Temple/Belton. A sales person name Eric Bruns helped me out. So much so that I decided to send this review. I've bought many cars from many dealerships over the years, but this guy beat them all hands down. I didn't know exactly what we wanted, but that didn't phase him. He started making small talk, asking about cars, likes and dislikes, and he showed us cars he thought we'd like. he was just an all around good honest salesperson. Not pushy, arrogant or too busy to spend a lot of time with us like we've experienced at other dealerships. Toyota wasn't my favorite brand, but this dealership is now my new favorite as long as Mr. Bruns is working there! I hope Mr. Ringler does him self a favor and never lets this guy go somewhere else, as I'm sure it wouldn't be good for business. Matter of fact, probably need to make Mr. Bruns sales Manager or promote him to a position where he can influence the rest of the sales staff to be as professional and courteous as he is. More

Both Russell and Morgan were very friendly and patient throughout the process, which we valued greatly since we had our 6mo old with us. One of the guys in service wasn't very friendly nor helpful when I took the car to get some things added. My husband and I were not greeted, not given eye contact and he did not acknowledge any of the points I brought up in convo. Thankfully, another gentleman called to finish the service order in a professional and polite manner. Wish we could recall a name to give credit to. Other than that, Don Ringler has been great to work with and I'm enjoying the 4Runner. More
