The best of the best! I contacted Brian Hutton when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. He asked all the right questions, trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. He immediately sent me the details on a car that matched my needs. We set up an appointment for me to come in and purchase. Upon arrival, Brian had my soon to be Highlander pulled up to the front of the dealership. He was dressed professional which made him stand out! We went in and started paperwork immediately. He was prepared and it did not take him long to get my paperwork squared away. He offered me water while I waited for finance. Once he knew I was approved, he immediately took the car to be detailed so I could be on my way after I completed the paperwork! He took a picture of me with my new car and helped me setup my phone to the car and showed me all the features of the car. Brian is a super friendly person, reliable and is true to his word! He made my car buying experience a fun one! I will definitely be referring him to anyone looking to buy and when the time comes, I will be buying from him! More

How long will it be before the cement truck will arrive! I purchased a truck that wasn't on the lot it took longer than expected to come in and had to call on it almost every day it's not fair to rate Mr Hil I purchased a truck that wasn't on the lot it took longer than expected to come in and had to call on it almost every day it's not fair to rate Mr Hill low because it wasn't his fault the truck took so long to come in ! Friendly Sales Staff, Tricky Accounting I guess all car dealers are the same and that is why they have sleazy reputations as a whole. The sales staff was freindly and easy to work with and o I guess all car dealers are the same and that is why they have sleazy reputations as a whole. The sales staff was freindly and easy to work with and offered a reasonable experience, but it was downhill from there. Before you sign any papers be sure to go over the details of what they are charging you.. I made a deal for a used car "plus tax, title and license", fortunately I requested a detailed summary of the TT&L and discovered they they had an extra $159 included for "aftermarket". When I questioned it, I was told it was for etching of the body parts that was already on the car and not an option. I felt that if it was already on the car, then it wasn't an option and should have been included in the negotiated price. When I questioned it, they did take it off, but if I wouldn't have asked about it they would have put another $159 plus tax in their back pocket. They also had a $150 documentation fee included. I didn't argue this one, but probably should have. The deal I made was " plus TT&L", not plus TT&L, etching and documentation. As I stated above, just another sleazy car dealer. It's a shame. Maybe one day I will find one that breaks the mold, but not today. More
