Richard was excellent to work with! We purchased a new car for our daughter who's a college student. Richard was patient and attentive while explaining all of the safety features to her. During the tes car for our daughter who's a college student. Richard was patient and attentive while explaining all of the safety features to her. During the test drive, he showed her how each of the features work. Lastly, he ensured that all of the safety features were engaged before we left the lot! My daughter drove off the lot confident and happy which made my husband and I extremely happy. Thanks Richard!! More
