I came out to Don Ringler Toyota because of a bad experience with my local Toyota dealership. It was well worth my drive! The guys from the Service department were friendly and helpful. Don Ringler has been the purchase center for my last three vehicles and my parents have purchased their last nine or ten there as well. I have been to several dealerships adn continue to come back to R three vehicles and my parents have purchased their last nine or ten there as well. I have been to several dealerships adn continue to come back to Ringler for the simple reason that they seem to respect the customers time. They get me in and out. The Toyota service center is always nice. The guy, Larry, is always so respectful and gracious for the business. Even the owner has come out of his office to thank me personally the last couple of time I have purchased. I don't like spending money, but they at least make the purchase feel appreciated. The new Don Ringler facility is nice, but nothing stands out to me like the old Toyota store and that young, smiley, short sales guy they had there. He was a blast and made buying fun. More

Bill is the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with in all me years buying vehicles. He KNOWS Toyotas and the competition. I showed up at 7:30 p.m. The saleswoman told me that in fact, they had closed at 7:00, but she was still there and would be happy to help. I explained to her what I had in mind, and she looked at her inve fact, they had closed at 7:00, but she was still there and would be happy to help. I explained to her what I had in mind, and she looked at her inventory. She was happy to take me outside, show me a car, let me get in it and look around, etc. She didn't take me on a test drive, but that's very understandable, given that they were closed. She was very kind and didn't rush me. I was impressed that she'd give me her time even after hours. I didn't buy -- they didn't have exactly what I wanted -- but she was still kind as I left, and encouraged me to come back or contact her again if she could help. More
