His exceptional customer service began before I even met him. I had been searching online for a truck with specific options. Each time I'd find a match I'd visit the dealership only to be told that the truck had been sold or that the online inventory wasn't updated and the truck was no longer available. On Monday, August 7 my daughter continued our online search and found a match at Don Ringler Chevrolet. I called the dealership to confirm that the truck was still available. I even asked that the truck be personally identified before I made the trip. This is when Harold's exceptional customer service began. He walked the lot and finally located the truck. He confirmed that the truck was available. We drove to Temple and met Harold Allen. Harold's exceptional customer service continued. He didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford nor did he try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Harold was extremely courteous and his genuine good character was obvious.
