Our sales consultant, Mr. James Knuth was straitforward from the get go. He checked the value of our GM reward credits, checked his inventory for the be Traverse that we had been researching and found one within our price range. We went on a very scenic test drive and Mr. Knuth was quite thorough in explaining all the features to us. When we got back to the sales office Mr. Knuth offered to buy back the remaining four months of our current lease, waive the re-acquisition fee, and agreed to a monthly payment amount that my wife and I found to be reasonable. Mr. Knuth allowed me plenty of time to check the deal with a lease formula check that I had pulled from the Internet. Further, the dealership somewhat relaxed, what seemed to me was going to be a quite formal “inspection process” ; the one that one anticipates prior to ending a current lease. Someone merely walked around our Malibu, confirmed that we had a decent tread depth on the tires, and gave us the green light to proceed to move into our new vehicle. Consequently, we are quite satisfied with our new 39 month lease and our new 2019 Traverse and we hope to do many more deals like this with our Don Ringler dealership. More
