Poor quality of vehicles I bought a new 2012 Impala from them and the car quit in 350miles and had to have the computer replaced. I bought a 2014 Silverado and it has had ever I bought a new 2012 Impala from them and the car quit in 350miles and had to have the computer replaced. I bought a 2014 Silverado and it has had everything From the computer display going out to the transmission having to be checked due to problems with 5 - 6 recalls. I even payed for the extended warranty and now the windshield washer on the right side quit and the a/c is messing up and they told me I have to pay for all of it since the extended warranty doesn't cover any of it. I paid approx 2000 dollars for the warranty. What good is it? Do not deal with this dealership! Oh! The last time I had my oil changed there they did not put the filter on tight and I almost had a catastrophe with the engine also. More

From the minute I inquired online about the vehicle I wanted, until the day I drove it home, my salesperson Samantha was there for me, going well over From the minute I inquired online about the vehicle I wanted, until the day I drove it home, my salesperson Samantha was there for me, going well over and above the call of duty, she answered every question I had, no matter what time of day, and she stuck with me through all of my back and forth. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of others at the dealership that I'm sure helped out behind the scenes as well, like the finance guy who was very quick to get back with us with all sorts of different scenarios for which fit our budget the best. This was the best car buying experience I believe we have ever had! The people are amazing, atmosphere is very friendly and down to earth, just all around a great place with great people! More
