Very disappointed. We drove over 300 miles to see a used vehicle. Liked interior but very dusty,(theycould have wiped down since they knew we were coming due to an appoi We drove over 300 miles to see a used vehicle. Liked interior but very dusty,(theycould have wiped down since they knew we were coming due to an appointment which we also confirmed with Chris K.) and exterior had lots of scratches and chips which was disappointing for a 2013, and it wasn't very clean either, but will give benefit of the doubt due to rain storms the day before we came in. Sales person Chris K. asked what we thought and we said how disappointed we were in all the scratches and chips and that the price was high with such a bad exterior and he said price is firm and didn't even want to talk with us or even try to negotiate. Wow never been treated like that at any car dealships. Everyone I have dealt with have at least sat down and tried to see what they could do for a sale. We know this vehicle has been on the lot for over a 100 plus days and now we understand why, it's overpriced and exterior condition is poor. So we said thank you and left. Pictures on their sight do not show any of the chips and scratches and how bad it is. And they advertised it was detailed. Must have been over a 100 days ago. Very poor detailing too. We would not return to this dealership or recommend this place. Southern Hospitality isn't one of their qualities at all. More
