Avoid the service department. I brought my car in for service and they were unable to trace down the problem for several days. Then replaced an EC module for $866 dollars. Several weeks later the power service and they were unable to trace down the problem for several days. Then replaced an EC module for $866 dollars. Several weeks later the power still drained out of the battery. They replaced three relay switches for $209 dollars but could not guarantee that would take care of the problem. Today, the door locks started locking and unlocking over and over while I was in a drive through. One of the relay modules had a burned spot on it that was not caught the first time. I was given all the switches that were replaced,however the last time I was not given the EC Module that was supposed to have been bad. I am not pleased with the service department. I am not entirely sure that there was anything wrong with the EC Module. I am going to have to try to locate another Buick dealer to see if they can get things right. More
Routine service completed in satisfactory manner. All employees very nice and helpful with checking vehicle in and making sure everything is being done that was requested. Easy purchase! Sales & Finance great to work with! Let me keep the tahoe for 2 days to test drive it! At the end of the first day, I told the sales manager we wanted to buy it. We walked into dealership at t keep the tahoe for 2 days to test drive it! At the end of the first day, I told the sales manager we wanted to buy it. We walked into dealership at the end of 2nd day and signed all paperwork! No long wait time at the dealer! Don Moore also threw in chevrolet all weather floor mats for the entire tahoe, a front license plate bracket, and 3 sets of wireless headphones for the dvd system for free to sweeten the deal!!! Great dealer! We definitely plan to buy from them in the future! More
