Loved the service I had buying my 2017 Toyota Highlander last week. On pick up day there was a minor hiccup but the customer service to compensate me for my wait was quick and left me very satisfied! last week. Brian Basham was so helpful. I test drove several vehicles because I had no clue what I wanted. He had each one ready for me when I came back after the test drives. He was even helpful and kind afte vehicles because I had no clue what I wanted. He had each one ready for me when I came back after the test drives. Go to someone else, even if it is out of state They are very friendly when it comes to selling or leasing a car, but once you sign that paperwork, the attitude of every employee there changes. They confirmed availability and when I showed up they said it sold a day back. They lied to me over phone, when they intact had sold the car. Bait and switch. They did not even bother to apologize. They don't stand behind their service I bought a convertible from them 1.5 years ago. We noticed when we got it home that there were white stains all over the top and the inside was coming I bought a convertible from them 1.5 years ago. We noticed when we got it home that there were white stains all over the top and the inside was coming apart. We called them and at first they didn't want to replace the top. After some pushing they replaced the top but we noticed after a while it was coming apart on the inside again. We live an hour away so we waited 6 months before calling. When we called they told us to come down to evaluate it. We drove all the way down only for then to tell us the company they sent it to no longer replaced tops. We were told they would think about fixing it but it was up to the sales manager. Over 2 weeks went by with my husband calling every other day. They finally called back and said they won't fix it. I can honestly say I will never buy from them again. We will definitely spend our money elsewhere and will tell everyone we know about our service. More

On may 18th 2016.since that day I have spent 1 to 2 days at or back and forth every week having to deal with issues that shouldn't be happening with in 3 wks of purchasing a car that we were told was the most reliable car,bc he had to get a new car to travel long distance for his job.the 1st day it hadn't been cleaned inside or out so I was asked to drop it off 1st thing in the morning I was there at 8:50 am and wasn't called back to get the car until almost 5 pm at which time I realized it hadn't been touched,it was fifty inside smelled horribly of smoke,it was then asked to bring it back the next day so they could clean it this time wasn't possible we have jobs,so Gary the manager takes it back and cleans it up somewhat after us waiting til almost 7 we got back a car that had to be taken and detailed bc they didn't clean it after having it for almost 9hrs.then they couldn't find the book fir the car or the 2nd key,so wanted to charge us for both after my son had just given them 2000$ and his other car..sat there last wed.for 2hrs bc the windshield washer fluid hose was sliced and wouldn't hold any fluid after they tried to say we must have hit something before even xxxxx the car they then apologized saying it was impossible where the cut was for it to have been r fault so they would order the part and I would have to bring it back,over the weekend my husband was washing the car and found a cut in the tire so today I brought to their attn.to be fixed before my son has to drive 5 hrs for a work trip.i was told that Gary said when it blows out they will fix it but it should be ok til then..2 things what parent wants to put their child in a car with a tire that will eventually blow out and why would they wait and let it cause more damage.i was told for almost 200$ they would fix it he also purchased a wrap warranty which we were told by Sean if anything happened to the tire or wheel they would be covered.how can they want anyone to pay for something that was there when it was purchased and is supposed to be under warranty after only having the car 3 weeks,and the car being at don moore every single week of those 3.they then offered to split it bc they don't know that it didn't happen there or wasn't purchased by them that way.they r a rip off dealership,that is,willing to put ppl in danger rather than fix what they sold to us...will never purchase anything from that place..go other places ppl for your own safety.. Don't buy from Chad at Don Moore. I was quoted a monthly payment of $267/mo. and told my payment may even be cheaper once the sales manager had a chance to play with the numbers. Went back the next day to sign the paperwork and my monthly payment was quoted to me at $399/mo. I was confused about the drastic discrepancy between what I was quoted the day before, and asked to speak to a manager. A man named Chad came over to speak to me. He was the most RUDE and unprofessional man I've ever dealt with. I speak with my hands a lot - well, Chad mocked my every gesture, mocked my facial expressions, and was sarcastic and belittling toward me. I was humiliated at the way he was mocking me. Gary was very pleasant to deal with, but Chad is MEAN. More
