I initially went in last October or November and test drove both Outback and Forester but said at the time i was not going to be moving fast. Excellent service. York was very knowledgable about the Subaru Outback that we purchased. He explained the functions of all the "bells and whistles". He gave us instruction on how to get technical support in the first few weeks of owning the car if we needed it. He listened to our concerns and all of our questions with patience and answered those questions without it going over our heads. More

So happy with my new Crosstrek! Jim Alfano was an excellent salesperson who helped me test drive a Forester and a Crosstrek. I have had two Foresters in the last 18 years, but wasn' Jim Alfano was an excellent salesperson who helped me test drive a Forester and a Crosstrek. I have had two Foresters in the last 18 years, but wasn't sure I would like the new Forester because it is bigger than earlier models. Jim encouraged me to test drive both the larger Forester and compare it to the Crosstrek, which I also test drove. I ended with the Crosstrek. It's a little smaller than the Forester and a little less expensive and it is perfect for me and my needs. Jim is so patient, and answers every question in great detail, and with great clarity. He found me the car I wanted and the color I wanted and the package of accessories I wanted. I highly recommend him. More
