He was also very patient in explaining things to me, especially all the accessories which were new to me, and he was the picture of diplomacy in dealing with the person I'd brought along to help me make decisions about this purchase. And I think he helped me get a good deal on the car. Also working with him was fun! I hope we stay in touch. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and pleasant. I wish I could move them all to the Westside because that's where I live and will get my car serviced there. I just happened to be on the Eastside when I bought my car and I'm glad I was because it was such a positive experience. More

Great experience I had gotten a price from the dealership online before arriving there. When I walked through the door I was greeted by Gavin. He was knowledgeable and I had gotten a price from the dealership online before arriving there. When I walked through the door I was greeted by Gavin. He was knowledgeable and offered information about the Outback before during and after my test drive. Gavin did not pressure me to make a purchase and allowed me time to consider my options. I added a trailer hitch to the car and Gavin was efficient in making it happen, as I wanted to leave with the car the same day I was there, so I didn’t have to make a return trip to the dealership. Best experience at a dealer My whole experience there was just fantastic really after havin to deal with liars in my local area I ended up driving 2 hours to pick up my subie and My whole experience there was just fantastic really after havin to deal with liars in my local area I ended up driving 2 hours to pick up my subie and I’m really glad I did all the paperwork was ready and my car was all ready and clean and waiting for me (I named her Velma). I could not ask for a better experience with the dealership or Peter Shur my salesman, super nice guy got me a great price agreed to over the phone before I ever even came in.
