This wasn't intentional and I think I just misread the email. At any rate, we were able to test drive and purchase a similar car with minimal stress and pressure. I really appreciated Tray's relaxed, friendly demeanor. He took care of everything, and was enjoyable to work with. I think the only pressure I experienced was with the discussion of the extended warranty. I was clear in the beginning that I didn't want it, but guess what? I ended up getting it. I realize this is traditional, but I feel that if a person expresses a feeling about not wanting it, the push should stop. Besides that, everything was good. I'm enjoying the car and looking forward to many miles of exploring. Thanks Tray! More

Our Beautiful New Ascent We stopped in to check out the new Ascents; we already knew we wanted a Subaru. After being involved in a serious car accident a few months ago safety We stopped in to check out the new Ascents; we already knew we wanted a Subaru. After being involved in a serious car accident a few months ago safety is at the top of our list for a car and Subaru is at the top of the safety list. Blaine Tessmann first showed us the Ascent and we were impressed. Blaine was not at all pushy, just helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We came back a few days later for a test drive with Blaine and were more impressed. The engine is smaller than a V6, but with the Turbo, you would never know. It was a very comfortable ride, the inside is roomy and I'm pretty sure I'll never need so many cup holders. We came back again to look at colors and I wish I could remember the name of the person that came out to help us because he was so friendly and offered to go in and tell Blaine we were there, however we didn't stay that time. A few days after that we went back and bought our new Ascent. We were very happy with our whole experience; and we love our new Subaru Ascent!
