A car buying experience like no other! We went to three dealerships to test drive three different makes and models. At the first dealership, we spent long periods of time waiting at a table for "who knows what". We finally got out on a test drive and then returned to the table for another extended period of time. The second dealership politely told us they were about to close, and so we went back a couple days later. Took a test drive, and the salesperson never bothered to follow up with us. At Don Miller Subaru, Blaine was exceptional from the time we first dropped in. He had us on a test drive immediately. His knowledge base was helpful in our decision making process. We were back in a couple days to take a second test drive and his helpfulness was consistent. This is our first Subaru experience and the best car-buying experience we've had so far. Blaine had a lot to do with that! More

It was a pleasure working with Lindsey and the rest of the staff were also very good, I worked with Lindsey Raftis to purchase a new Subaru Crosstrek. It was a pleasure working with Lindsey and the rest of the staff were also very good, it is a well-oiled machine. They all made a point of making it an enjoyable experience. A good example of this was when I came in to pick up my car it had a scratch on the door. Lindsey had noticed it before I had even arrived and had already made an appointment to get it fixed, gave us a rental and then when it was fixed brought it to us so I wouldn’t have to drive to pick it up. It’s the little things like that, that will keep me coming back. The follow ups to make sure you were not having any other issues with the car after we had it are another example of how good Lindsey and the staff of Don Miller are. More

This is my first time going through the new car process and I decided leasing was best for me at this time. I worked with Blaine test driving, calculating cost for how many miles to lease and which type of Crosstrek I wanted. He was very patient and answered all my questions. At one point I decided to leave car-less. Shortly after I left, I made up my mind and Blaine was right there to help me again. I worked with Mike to finalize all the paperwork, which went very smoothly. After Blaine had my car all cleaned and pretty, I was off with my new Subaru. I really appreciate everyone's time and patience going through this new experience with me. I would recommend this location based on service alone. The new car is great too! More
