(with the same genuine enthusiasm that one would wish you a happy birthday) from employees I hadn't even really interacted with in my car buying process. Their financial folks are also worth noting as this was the first time I've walked away from getting a new car and didn't feel like I had been pressured or sold on something I didn't really need, they took the time to explain everything and more than once stressed that I could call at any time if I had any questions or follow-up.
