We were greeted promply and cheerfully at Don Miller East for our scheduled test drive appointment. I chose to test drive the Outback with the Onyx Edition trim because it had the options I wanted. After a disappointing experience at our local Subaru dealers I went to using the internet to find the car I was looking for and found it at some dealerships across the state and chose Don Miller because dealers I went to using the internet to find the car I was looking for and found it at some dealerships across the state and chose Don Miller because we were familiar with the area. I appreciated the fact that we needed an appointment and when we arrived we met Blaine. Blaine went over the type of car and features that we wanted. Blaine was very patient with me and answered all of our questions to help us determine the features that were important to us. Inside we felt very safe with the set up and proper distances as well as the fact that everyone there was properly wearing their masks. (There were no nose hammocks seen at Don Miller like there was at our local Subaru dealer.) The exact car, color and features was not on the lot but was being shipped. All this at a price we felt was what we were looking for. We where able to pick up our new car one week later and again Blaine was exceptional in his service explaining all of the features and even checking in after we left to make sure we knew that if we had questions on the car he was available. We decided to take advantage of the zero interest offered by Subaru and the young man that set that up for us was also great to work with. (Sorry I don’t remember his name.) I would recommend Don Miller to anyone looking for a new Subaru. It was worth the drive. More

TLDR: Don Miller Subaru gives unmatched customer service in the dealership game and Don Bronson was a terrific and helpful salesperson. After an incredibly frustrating and misleading car buying experience/attempt at Don Miller Subaru West, resolution was found at the east side location. I called and asked if a specific car was available and whether I could drive it off the lot THAT day, and to both of those questions I received a yes. Unlike my experience at west, Mr. Bronson lived up to his word and I drove off the lot Tuesday night. He and Elizabeth, the finance manager, went above and beyond to make this happen, even after dealing with my small-time bank that my previous loan was through who didn’t have an after hours line they found a way. It was a fantastic feeling once they were able to get the information that they needed as it would have been a shame for them to lose out on the sale all for a sub-$100 balance. I was literally ready to buy a car on the road during our weekend trip up north if it didn’t pan out that night. Mr. Bronson was a straight shooter, which is greatly appreciated, as I’m not in the business of getting jerked around. I was there to buy a car and I did. Since it was late by the time we got everything done there was nobody in service available to detail the inside of the car. This is however combatted by the fact that I have been assured that I’ll be able to pop back in when convenient to get this taken care of. Amazing service like this is far too few and it speaks volumes about the business when you find it. I’m looking forward to the continued relationship with this fantastic dealership and highly recommend them to those in the market for a Subaru, or a car in general! More
