Recently bought a car here during the pandemic. Very safe experience. Scheduled my test drive online through Internet Dave, who was very responsive to my request and needs. When I arrived at the dealership, Conor met my wife and I out front and took us around and showed us a similar model to the one we chose online. This particular model was designated for test drives during the pandemic. Everything was wiped down before and after we looked at the vehicle. Conor was very kind and patient as he showed and describes the features of the vehicle. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, Conor was instrumental in getting us a fair price. We asked to compare the price of two different trim levels, and he was able to show us a complete breakdown of the cost as well as the discounts that we would receive. He was not pushy and did not steer us towards the more expensive trim. We were able to get 0% financing through Subaru, and Rory did a wonderful job making the finance portion of the purchase a pleasant experience. At the end, Conor came back and made sure our new car was completely detailed with a full tank of gas. He showed us how to how to use the features of the car, and indicated that someone would be contacting us in a week or so to answer any further technical aspects we had once we have driven the car for a few days. Overall, a very nice experience at Don Miller Subaru - East. We felt like we joined a wonderful new family. The other comment I would like to make is that we don't understand why Subaru recommends that any trailer towed over 1,000 lbs should have trailer brakes yet Subaru will not provide the necessary 7 pin plug needed to do that. So we are concerned about any warranty violations if we put one in. Blaine and Nathan both assured us that we would not violate the warranty in doing so. More
