As a first time Subaru buyer, I truly appreciated how patient, informative, and helpful they both were throughout the process. They were candid in their recommendations, personable, and never pushy. The vehicle I was interested in was just off the truck, so it was still in need of a full inspection before it could be released from the dealership. Despite deciding on the vehicle shortly before the dealership's Service Department was due to close, they were able to complete the inspection in a timely manner and save us a return trip to pick up the vehicle at a later date. Not only was the dealership efficient, but they also offered me a fair price for both my trade-in and my new Forester. They are clearly passionate about what they do over at Don Miller Subaru East.
