As a first time Subaru buyer, I truly appreciated how patient, informative, and helpful they both were throughout the process. They were candid in their recommendations, personable, and never pushy. The vehicle I was interested in was just off the truck, so it was still in need of a full inspection before it could be released from the dealership. Despite deciding on the vehicle shortly before the dealership's Service Department was due to close, they were able to complete the inspection in a timely manner and save us a return trip to pick up the vehicle at a later date. Not only was the dealership efficient, but they also offered me a fair price for both my trade-in and my new Forester. They are clearly passionate about what they do over at Don Miller Subaru East. I recently bought a car from Don Miller Subaru and was so happy with my salesman, Blaine Tessmann. Although I was really looking forward to getting a new car I wasn't looking forward to the salesman pressuri happy with my salesman, Blaine Tessmann. Recently purchased my 2021 Forester from Don Miller East. He helped me schedule a test drive where I laid out 3 things I wanted - to test drive an Outback, Forester, and to get my Crosstrek appraised for trade in. When I arrived, he had set me up with Blaine, who helped us accomplish those 3 things in a short amount of time. Blaine gave us just the right amount of information, answered our questions, but most importantly gave us enough alone time to discuss and check out the features ourselves. Once we decided on the Forester, Blaine was reasonable and never pushed us to get any more features than we really needed/wanted. Daleena helped with financing and that was also a smooth process. Overall, a great experience at Don Miller East - straightforward, honest, and nothing like your stereotypical car buying experience. I was never pushed or rushed, but also received enough attention when I wanted it. More
