He and Connor were waiting for me and my Frenchie at the time of the appointment. They brought my dog a toy that he got to keep and cookies. It was a bitter cold winter day and Connor had the car warming up for me so the test drive would be comfortable. The car had (almost) everything and more - Connor worked with his manager Lindsey to match the best trade in offer I had gotten for my 2013 Mazda3. He was able to make a price adjustment happen so that I could get a hitch installed that was essential for my family. Connor made sure the vehicle got serviced and install within 2 days. He also did a warm handoff to Rory who made financing and protection options easy. When I returned two days later to do the trade, Connor and Rory continued to be rock stars. Connor get me set with the new technology in my car and showed me how to do everything while Rory patiently redid numbers with me over and over to get to monthly payments that made me comfortable.
