As a woman, I have had some really unpleasant experiences shopping for a car in the past, but it was a treat dealing with Shannon. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy. I feel like I got a very good price for a really great car. And Shannon took time to explain the car's features as well as showing me around the entire dealership. After having a Subaru, it's our first choice of vehicles! I gave the rating of "5" on all accounts because the people working at Don Miller East were GREAT! They answered all our questions and were very helpful so we could make a good decision about whether to buy a new Subaru. We decided to get a new Subaru Outback, 2012, silver exterior with black interior. We live in the country with a steep driveway so we're very pleased to have a Subaru with AWD!
