Plus, it appears that they may have the vehicle you want! I am quoting you Dealer Invoice and because these cars are so popular in my local market I have no need to sell below invoice. " God job telling me to go somewhere else. And I probably will !!!!! More

Pictures, car fax, price, loan calculator, it was all there. One trip to dealership was concise as we had done our research. A return trip gave us the personal interaction with sales person, Tim, and the purchase was confirmed. The car was ready the very next day and everything was complete and ready for us. Buying a new vehicle can be confusing and frustrating, but not this time. Our daughter purchased a Subaru from this dealership and had a positive experience, we repeated this process so it must be "the way things are done here". We would recommend this dealership, Tim, Dean, the web master, and Jason, the financial guy to anyone. They all answered any questions we had and seemed to enjoy their work. Bravo for giving us a great car that was easy and fun to purchase. More

This car satisfied by desire to replace my old Passat Wagon with a car with comparable features and driving experience. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I browsed the dealer's website and clicked to get a price quote for a 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid and to ask whether the deal What an unpleasant experience. I browsed the dealer's website and clicked to get a price quote for a 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid and to ask whether the dealership has any special pricing agreement with my employer, since several in the area do. Dean Woldstad responded and was evasive from the start. He claimed that they offer "aggressive" pricing, but when pressed for details refused to offer any and claimed that [he] would be shocked" to hear that I was correct when I told him about special pricing offered by Mazda, Honda, etc. He constantly pushed to have me come into the dealership in person while still not answering my questions, but going on tangents about how demand is high so prices are at or near sticker and how unsafe non-Subaru vehicles are. Strangely, when I mentioned that I was also considering a Honda CR-V and Mazda CX-5 in addition to the Crosstrek, he told me that "If I was purchasing, I would purchase the CX-5." I finally just shared an internet price quote from another Subaru dealership with him for a similar Crosstrek to the one I asked for, and Dean again strongly implied that I was lying about it and that I should shop elsewhere. All I wanted was answers to a couple of questions: 1) Yes or no, do they offer negotiation-free pricing for my company. 2) What's their best price for the car/can they compete with the other dealership. Instead, I got a confusing, sales-y runaround, got called a liar, and got told to take my business elsewhere. Unbelievable. I went ahead and emailed the GM of the dealership to tell him about this awful experience and never heard a thing back in response. In the end, I did take my business elsewhere - just across town to Don Miller Subaru West - where I was treated very well and had a great experience. If you're considering a Subaru in Madison, definitely watch out for Dean Woldstad and Don Miller East. Don Miller West was great - I worked with Dennis there and he was awesome. More

I love my vehicle and am pleased with my overall experience at Don Miller Subaru. I figured, like many dealers I've worked with in the past, that once I purchased my new car the dealer wouldn't give a hoot about me or my car. I was so wrong. I stopped into Don Miller recently and asked about a few scratches (normal wear and tear) on my car and wondered if it was covered by the protection plan I'd purchased. DJ said scratches aren't covered, but he wants me to continue loving my vehicle. He went above and beyond and immediately made arrangements to have them buffed out. For FREE! Incredible. Such great service. DEFINITELY recommend Don Miller Subaru and DJ as your dealer. More

I told him at the time it was not affordable to me. I was blessed this last Christmas when my parents gave me the money to purchase an automatic starter. I never even mentioned to them that I wanted it. God is good. I was in getting my Subaru serviced and spoke to DJ about the automatic starter. DJ checked for an automatic starter and had one in stock and told me he would give it to me at cost. I was blessed a second time. God is good all the time. DJ is patient and goes the extra mile. He is always friendly and cares about people. He has a positive attitude and charismatic personality. Thanks DJ for all you do. May God richly bless you. More

DJ is a knowledgeable, friendly and considerate salesman who certainly knows the Subaru vehicles that are available at this dealership. He displayed a patient and engaging manner of interacting with us, while he took a good deal of time to first understand our needs and preferences regarding the used Outback that we were seeking -- before he suggested five or six models in our price range for us to examine and/or take out for a test drive. He appeared to be quite genuine in encouraging us to take a comfortable amount of time in driving/experiencing each vehicle that we examined. DJ readily answered all of our questions in a confident, reassuring manner, and there was no evidence of impatience or heavy-handed pressure as we were narrowing down our choices. This was one of the most comfortable, "laid back" and satisfying sales experiences that I have ever experienced!! After we had selected our "new car" and were filling out the paperwork, DJ surprised us with a full tank of gas (other dealers in the past had sold us cars with only a couple of gallons of gas left in the tank - about enough to get part way home!) and he transferred our belongings from our trade-in to our Outback, so that we were happily able to start back home in our new car. I would certainly recommend DJ and Don Miller Subaru East to any of our friends who are in the market for a fairly-priced, pre-owned vehicle. More
I purchased my BRZ from 2000 miles away. Shannon and Michael were both incredibly easy to work with and thoughtful. They did everything they said they would when they said.
