I recently found a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. Rod Israeli was the salesman that I was lucky enough to be approached by. He was respectful while talking with me and answered my questions. We worked out a deal, but I wasn't taking the car home that day. The dealership was going to fix a dent prior to me taking the car. There was an issue with the repair and the manager said he would not do anything to fix it. Luckily Rod Israeli went out of his way to insure that I got exactly what I needed to be happy with the repair. We were in contact multiple times while discussing the repairs. Each time I asked a question he immediately found the answer. There were many things that he did that were far above what I feel a different salesman would do. If you are interested in looking at a vehicle at Don Miller Subaru East, I would highly recommend asking for Rod Israeli. More
