Rod Israeli was very helpful in answering all of our questions, taking us for a test drive in both the Forrester & Outback before we made a final decision on our purchase. He is very knowledgeable on Subaru, the options and how each of them work. Rod Israeli also was accommodating in my request to sync my phone when we picked up our new vehicle and went thru the other features my new vehicle has to offer. More

Took advantage of me I had been in the search for a Subaru for 3 months. I went to many dealerships and never left satisfied. I finally found the Forrester I was looking f I had been in the search for a Subaru for 3 months. I went to many dealerships and never left satisfied. I finally found the Forrester I was looking for. My bank had previously approved me for an Auto Loan. When I was going through pricing with my Salesperson (Rod Israeli) I requested to keep my payments to $230 a month. This is all I can afford to pay monthly. They explained to me that they would call my bank as well as others and find out what rate they could give me. They told me that my bank wouldn't approve me a loan unless I put 1,450 down. But still explained that my payments monthly would be $279. Their reasoning behind this was that my vehicle was an 09 used vehicle and the value of the vehicle will continue to go down and my bank wouldn't approve that. I TRUSTED this! I got a loan through another credit union paying a monthly payment that I will be struggling to afford. I need this vehicle as I am moving to the Mountains. They took advantage of me. I went to the lady at my bank and spoke to her. She claims there was never a request to put money down. She also explained that they completely lied to me and the reason she didn't approve was because my vehicle was worth 3,000 less than what they are charging me! They also laughed at me when I tried to bargain with them. I got $172 off and was laughed at. I am very dissapointed in myself for trusting these guys. I really felt I was getting a great deal.. Come to find out they were not looking out for my best interest. Thumbs down. More
