First Subaru, and it was a good choice. To preface my review for this location you have to know a little about my father, he was the one looking for a new car. We have been actively looking for a car for a little over a month, and my father is about as picky as it gets when it comes to purchases as big as these -- which is understandable a car is no small investment. We had been to just about every car dealership in the area, some of which we went to three or four times to try out the cars. We bought our Subaru on our first visit to this dealership. Definitely in part to having a car that fit our needs and fell into our price range, but this wasn't the key reason it most definitely because of the service. Of all the salespersons we worked with our experience with the Subaru was the most insightful and enjoyable. I'm absolutely sure that all the salespersons at this location are great but I have to give a shout out to Rob Israeli for absolutely killing it. His ability to be super flexible and find us what ever we were looking for and talk us through it while just giving us a no nonsense best price right of the bat (I compared the prices to KBB) was great. If you decide you want to get a Subaru this is definitely the place to get it. More

First Subaru after many Hondas I was never unhappy with the local Honda dealers in my area. My Lease came due and Honda didn't have a car that check all my want/needs boxes. When I visited Don Miller East Subaru, I was greeted by April , she totally rocked it. She could answer all my technical questions with technical answers instead of the usual sales BS. She listened to what I was looking for and made two suggestions. We took both cars for a test drive that covered all the different traffic and driving situation I deal with every day. When I decided on a car, she explained the difference between the trim levels including all the wonderful safety features now available. Once I decided on a trim level we got down to business. April provided very clear cut information about my financing/leasing options which made the decision process easy. At one point I had a few minutes to check out the Service Dept. it was very clean. I'm a very particular person when it comes to servicing my car. The service staff member I spoke with was understanding / willing to work with me. Overall my experience at Don Miller East Subaru was pleasant, comfortable, and fun (April made the hole experience fun). More

We purchased from Don Miller Subaru on the east side of Madison. Our Sales Specialist (Rod Israeli) was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle, and had the patience to allow us time to explore and better understand the options that the vehicle had to offer. Not only was our vehicle prepped and ready promptly, but an extensive amount of time was spent going through the options, touring the service department, and making sure we left with a full understanding of how the options worked. Rod was not the typical sales specialist, he had a way of making a connection with us. We highly recommend Rod and Don Miller Subaru to anyone looking for a new car! More
