Best Dealership in Town I have bought three new cars and traded in two old cars at Don Miller Subaru East. There is a reason I keep coming back to them. This is an honest, no-nonsense dealership that truly believes in and stands behind their vehicles. Every time I come in I am treated like a friend. One time I ended up just chatting with a salesman for 15 minutes about cool places to check out around Wisconsin. I would even go as far as to say of the two Don Miller locations, the east side is the superior dealership. I went in to both for an appraisal on my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek and the west side location undervalued my car by almost $1,500 less than what the east side location had offered. Each time I trade in my vehicle the process is quick, painless, and this last time I worked with Gavin Vyse who is awesome and very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership for all your car-buying and service needs, and they are all just really nice people. More

My expectations were met and exceeded only because the sales team supported each other and helped when Gavin was not working. We found Gavin to be very helpful and personable. The team members that helped were Jim and Bob. They could have asked us to return but instead answered questions. More

Conor (and everyone) was low-key, helpful and professional We just a bought a slightly-used Subaru Impreza. Conor was super-helpful as we sorted out what we needed. There was at least once that he couldn’t answer a question (it was pretty esoteric!) but his response was “I’ll find out.” I’d rather get an honest “I don’t know” any day, as opposed to a guess (or BS). We had measure for room for our ski box, figure out how to put at least one kayak on the roof – yeah, we’re picky. But Conor got us the information we needed, and was very helpful in organizing several test drives. And, during the entire process, his entire approach was “no pressure, think it through, let me know what I can do to help.” It was the perfect opposite of the high-pressure “what do I need to do to put you in this car today” approach that I’ve run into (and simply loathed). We had the choice of buying the car we wanted, not the car they had to get off the lot. Once we settled on the used car model we wanted, the selection wasn’t as broad as we’d expected, given the number of Imprezas I see on the street. I guess people hold on to them. After the deal was done, Conor still followed through; got us valuable details that didn’t appear in the owner’s manual, and even flattened out a few dents in the front license plate off our old car! All in all, Conor and Don Miller got us all the information we needed, gave us time to figure out our needs, and then came up with a fair price and great service. More

He asked questions to learn about us, listened and remembered little things we had said and then applied them when making his recommendations. Negotiations with him were so much more straight-forward and less awkward than we have experienced with other dealers. I don't feel like Conor "sold" us on this car. We feel like he helped up arrive at the decision that met our wants and needs. He is a good, trustworthy guy, and I will definitely refer people to him. More
