Jim worked quickly and respectively to help match me with the car I wanted. After the sale was complete, Jim also extended a helping hand to pick me up for delivery. Best sales experience ever Seriously. This is my 10th new car in 35 years and while I have had great salesmen in the past, Conor and the rest of the staff were absolutely TOP N Seriously. From my salesman Conor to the extremely friendly sales manager John Macaskil (spelling?) to Rory in finance, everyone who greeted and talked with me was super friendly and laid back. I so appreciated the no-high-pressure approach of wanting to meet my needs, being extremely personable, being able to read me, and totally focusing on me. (One other dealer of a different make of car kept looking behind me as he was "talking" with me as if he could care less about me personally, which immediately turned me off.) I could tell everyone at Don Miller Subaru was listening as when I returned a day later to take delivery my new car each person I had spoken to the day before remembered me and recalled nuances of our previous conversations.
