Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to "kick some tires" and made contact with Conor Kuhnau who showed me the different Subaru models. Test drove a Legacy and liked it but needed approval from a higher level, if you know what I mean. I told Connor I wasn't a first day buyer and he respected that request. Came in a few days later and test drove the Legacy again and the Crosstrek, decided on the Crosstrek and a few days later drove it off the lot with a 50th anniversary edition which is awesome. Connor was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Very good overall experience. More

We started looking at outback's, then foresters, and I finally chose an impreza. After looking at 15 cars or so, Gavin never left me in the dark and made the process very simple and was easy to work with. I never felt pressured. When I came in for closing, Rory the financial manager was very friendly and explained everything in detail. He made recommendations that I agreed with and never tried to oversell me something to hit a number. My wife was in the market for a new vehicle and we went back to Don Miller East recently and just purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. We found both the first salesperson, Eddie Arb, and the recent salesperson, Pete Shur, to be knowledgeable, professional and helpful. All the staff were low key and did not try to sell the vehicle as much as introduce it and explain the features. They were easy to deal with as they quickly went to a bottom line price that was fair and competitive with any we had found on-line. The staff made the whole process of test driving, negotiating a price and completing financing and closure a pleasant experience. We appreciated the extra time taken to explain the new technology and operating features of these state-of-the-art vehicles. Sincerely nice folks at this business and they have a brand new showroom and maintenance facilities on par with the best in the area!! More

We looked online, found what we wanted and requested a price. Within a short period of time we received an excellent price and made an appointment for the next day. We were met at the door by the Internet sales manager, Dean,who turned us over to Salesperson Peter Shur. Peter answered all of questions , took us for a test drive and figured out the numbers for both leasing and purchasing. We came back two days later, finalized everything and picked up the car.
