There was no pushy sales and they made the whole experience very smooth and stress free. They made sure I was 100% comfortable with my car before I left. I am very confident that going forward they will continue to provide me with great service and will be there to answer any questions I may have. We have bought at least 20 new vehicles in our lifetime but have never had such a great experience. Katie is outstanding - she LISTENS to what YOU want. Living in the DeForest area, there are other dealerships that are closer, but none that compare to this. Customer service (particularly from Katie on our most recent visit) is unparalleled, sales are low-pressure, and prices, on both sale vehicles and trade-ins, are competitive. Initially went to a competitor on the east side of town to purchase our Mazda 3 because it was more convenient, and were passed from one salesman to another when we advised we wouldn't be buying on that particular day. Needless to say, we never went back and never looked back. Don Miller is well worth the extra drive for us. 5 stars across the board. Thanks, Katie for your knowledge, patience, and personable demeanor - you truly made this a pleasurable buying experience for us and we will continue coming back to Don Miller because of that. More

Mazda3: exceeded our expectations John Stein helped our son with the purchase of his new car yesterday. It's his first car and although he's 22 now, and a recent college graduate, he's John Stein helped our son with the purchase of his new car yesterday. It's his first car and although he's 22 now, and a recent college graduate, he's still just a little new to some things in life. John was very kind and considerate and a patient teacher to him and it made the whole experience great for us all. John tells good jokes too. The price we were offered by e-quote was right in the target range of the Edmunds True Market Value, a few dollars less, and that was the price we paid, minus a $500 rebate for recent college graduates. I found Dan Brown to be a genuine person, respectful of my wishes. He did not waste my time on his agenda. i believe I got exactly what I wanted for a price I was willing to pay. The transaction also took place with a minimum of hassle and no false promises before we involved the sales manager. When I went to pick up the car, Dan was with another customer, but one of his co-workers began to thoroughly prep me on the car and its functions until Dan was available. This was about as good as it gets for a transaction that I dread and normally makes me cringe. More
To date, we have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. Both times, we worked with Jon Stein. Jon knows the cars inside and out, and is not your typical car salesman. He is genuinely interested in finding the perfect car for your needs, even if it means selling you a car of lesser value than one the dealership would make more profit on and walking around the car lot and test driving cars for 3 hours... on a day that was already filled to the brim with appointments. Both times, we felt like we were his #1 priority and his main goal was to have us leave the car dealership happy... with or without a new vehicle. More
