WOW! Amazing service, including after the sale I have to start by saying that I have *never* written a review before (not even for restaurants or apps). But given my experience at Don Miller I fel I have to start by saying that I have *never* written a review before (not even for restaurants or apps). But given my experience at Don Miller I felt compelled to do so. I recently purchased a used Subaru from Yevgeniy. Throught the whole process, I was made to feel that I was purchasing a reliable venhicle (never a sure thing when you are buying a used car), but I was nervous in spending a lot of money on a used car. When I asked to take the car to my own mechanic for a inspection, Yevgeniy didn't hesitate to allow me to do that, and when the report came back that some work needed to be done on the car, they again didn't hesistate to do it. This was all before the I purchased the car. Ironically, the day after I drove the car off the lot, the check engine light went on. Not a great thing to happen when you have just purchased car! I took the car back to them thinking I was going to have to pay for the repairs, but they covered what turned out to be a major expense (catalytic converter). There were no arguments, no haggling, they just did the work and said that they stood behind their vehicles and they wanted their customers to be happy. My jaw just dropped. I have never had an experience like this. I am telling this story to as many people as I can because they deserve the respect that have earned from me. Thank you Don Miller, Yevgeniy and JJ (Sale manager) for such a positive experience. More
