We visited dealerships of all 4: Ford Escape, Audi A3, Mazda CX-5, Honda CR-V. We bought a one year old pre-owned car from Don Miller Mazda. Jon Stein was our salesperson. He gave us all the time we needed to evaluate different cars and found us the right match for our needs. He was also encouraging about physically looking at the cars, getting in them, driving them, etc., which was helpful. They were accommodating to our busy schedule for completing paperwork and picking up the vehicle. Jon followed up to see how things were going a few weeks later. We're very happy with our purchase so far and have been driving it for about a month. More

Don Miller had a couple on the online inventory that matched my budget. I went in there one day, had my car at the time appraised and test drove a 2014 mazda 3 hatchback. Went back another day after contemplating the cost and car and walked away with a new car. They didn't jam calls down my throat between visits, we both understood the numbers were what they were. No haggle, easy, and friendly I went to the dealership prepared to buy. Jim Zimmerman met me on the the lot and asked how he could help. I told him I wanted the 2011 Mazda3 I was I went to the dealership prepared to buy. Jim Zimmerman met me on the the lot and asked how he could help. I told him I wanted the 2011 Mazda3 I was standing in front of that I had seen online. Once we entered the building we looked over the car and it was brought up that it was in an accident. I immediately determined I did not want that one. Jim found a 2008 Mazda3 which was less money with a bit more miles. My original monthly payment I was prepared for, for the 2011 was $247, I decided the 2008 would be worth $227/month. I determined the 4mpg worse fuel economy would cost me an extra $12/month in fuel. After all was said and done, after I added Gap the final payment was $230/month for 5yrs, plus the $12/month extra for fuel, so I came out to $242/month, $5 below what I was planning on spending a month. This was probably the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I didn't feel pressured in any way. Everything seemed as straight as it can be at a car dealer. When signing the paperwork I was offered the usual extras, but didn't feel pressured into purchasing them. I recommend searching online ahead of time, get pre-approved for a loan, and give them an honest fair offer on a car, and after a couple hours you'll be done without your blood pressure raising at all. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family. I've dealt with many dealers in the past where I've walked off the lot within minutes due to pushy dealers. Even though it was slightly our of my price range, their wonderful finance team worked their majic and got me into my AMAZING new ride by the next morning and for the SAME payment I had previously been paying for my 2012 Honda Civic coupe.
