It's a joy to work with Patrick, Bob and Bob. They are friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. This dealership has a lot going for it, they sell a reliable car that is crazy fun to drive and service isn't a hassle. It's refreshing to come in and see the same friendly faces with each visit. I couldnt rave enough about Don Miller Mazda, stop in and see for yourself, you will be glad you did. More
I always get excellent, honest service at Don Miller Mazda. I usually work with Patrick who is very accommodating and helpful but everyone there is terrific. They make time for me, sometimes even at the Mazda. I usually work with Patrick who is very accommodating and helpful but everyone there is terrific. They make time for me, sometimes even at the last minute. My car is always done right away, often sooner than estimated and the price is usually a bit lower than estimated as well! They have good coffee and it is free- always nice. My biggest complaint is that there is no car wash there and no accommodation made for the car to be cleaned post service. Compared to similar dealership service stations in our area this is where I i feel Don Miller Mazda needs improvement. Otherwise I always feel well cared for at this facility. Thanks Patrick ad everyone at DMM. Kira Wehn More
Dean was friendly, but not phony or obsequious. He was knowledgeable and thorough. We were really happy with our year-end discounts and the $500 saved from the Mazda loyalty program (a 19 year old 626). knowledgeable and thorough. We were really happy with our year-end discounts and the $500 saved from the Mazda loyalty program (a 19 year old 626). We don't spend this kind of money easily, and we are very happy with how all of this turned out. We have had the car for one day and we have all been smiling a lot. More
Because I had a 9-year old car with barely functioning air conditioning in an extremely hot summer, and too many repairs over the past summer, I needed a new reasonably priced car, and preferred a manual air conditioning in an extremely hot summer, and too many repairs over the past summer, I needed a new reasonably priced car, and preferred a manual transmission. I went to Don Miller on a Saturday, and Dean spent four hours with me, during which time I test drove three cars. I decided on the Mazda3 2.5liter "touring" version, but they didn't have the exact model I wanted (end of year). They did have a clearance Grand Touring at the same price, however, with lots of optional equipment like GPS, heated seats for Wisconsin winters, and others. Because I wanted a hatchback, they searched and found the same car in another Midwest dealership. So, after some friendly bargaining on trade-in, I bought the car. On July 31, I picked the car up, closed, and Dean was again very helpful and honest, showing me how to operate many aspects of the new car. The closer at Don Miller was also a straightforward, honest guy. I also received the three-year, no interest loan, which can be paid back earlier (Wisconsin law). Overall, Don Miller gave me great service, and Mazda has a good process where the seller must show you all aspects of special things you need to no. And I love my new car. I tested the new GPS and purposefully made wrong turns and it performed wonderfully, not even with the old GPS voice saying "recalibrating". Good dealer and good experience. More
Jon was helpful, very knowledgeable and seemed to care that I got the best car for the money I had to spend. Chris explained the financing and helped me adjust it a couple weeks after I bought the car. The facility has a nice, comfortable waiting room which I used when I came back to have a small (gas cap) repair. Repair people helped me promptly and were courteous. I love my Mazda 3 and will shop there again and would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a car, Thanks, everyone for a great experience. More
I have 2001 Mazda Tribute and I have been taking it to Don Miller Mazda Dealer for service for the pass two years. Some how yesterday when I called for some engine work, they informed me that they have n Don Miller Mazda Dealer for service for the pass two years. Some how yesterday when I called for some engine work, they informed me that they have no record of servicing my car. I know I been doing business with them for the past two years because I have receipts for every time I’ve taken my vehicle for service. It’s very odd that they have no record of servicing my Tribute. Are they trying to cover mistakes they done to my vehicle? This new engine service turns out to be a major under taking, which requires my engine to be taken apart. After I explain to them what I need to be done, they notified me of the missing record. This leads me to suspect that they’re trying to cover something up. The reason for my suspicious is that my car started to act up after the initial engine work done by them about a year ago. The first sign was that I couldn't start my car one week after the first engine work. They told me my air filter was loose. How could a loose filter prevent a car from starting up? After that, my car started to run funny. I don't know the mechanical terms but it shakes while idling and making all these weir noises. I took it in but they told me everything was fine. It ran fine only a few days afterward but since the first engine work it has never been the same. It's very frustrating now that my car is totaling dead and when I need then most they informed me that they have no record of working on my car. They’re technically trying to dump me and wash their hands of ever doing business with me. This is not how a professional business establishment should treat their customers. All I have to say is that they have lost a loyal customer and I regret the day I purchased my other Mazda vehicle from them. It's too bad that it’s still warranty with them and I hope they don't treat this car like my Tribute. These will be last two Mazda. I will never buy a Mazda car ever especially from Don Miller. To compare dealerships, I have to say Zimbrick is so much better. They treat their customers professionally and I'm glad I purchased a car from them for my husband. I know they will not treat him like Don Miller Mazda treated me. More
