Not told price in advance.Myfault I assumed it would be fair. Charged way too much for simple repair (30 minut job). Work done that was unnecessary and too expensive. Service manager pointed to incorect part when explaining repair. I had to demand old parts be returned to me. Service Manager called me a liar to my face in front of other customers and emplyees. Oil change,tie rod ends, tension arm on serpentine belt. Over $450. Glad I didn't go for unneeded brake pads. Too may good dealers around to mess with one like this. More

Took vehicle in for regular maintenance. That night when I got home they had sent me an email with a coupon fo 10% off needed repairs plus $8.00 off the service, plus free wiper blades. I spoke to the servi I got home they had sent me an email with a coupon fo 10% off needed repairs plus $8.00 off the service, plus free wiper blades. I spoke to the service manager and he refused to honor the coupon. It would have saved me about $50.00 all told. Too bad too because I'm in the market for a new van soon and would have gone back to this dealer if not for the service manager's short sightedness. I had a similar thing happen with a coupon at another dealer earlier this year and the dealer (Zimbrick of Madison) gladly honored the coupon as you would expect any business to do. I will gladly be buying my new vehicle somewhere else. This dealership's service is way overpriced and the service manager's refusal to honor the coupon was petty and short sighted. More
