Jason Butera was top notch on the financing end of the deal. Both men were personable and professional, and very good at their jobs. At no time did we get pressure to spend outside my brother's price range, and Jason was very thorough in explaining all the forms and terms for my brother. We weren't able to finish all the particulars the first evening, but when we came back the following day to wrap it up, everything was ready to go. Between my own car purchases and helping other family members buy their cars over the last few years, I can say this was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I've participated in. I know my brother was very pleased with how smoothly everything went, and how spotlessly clean the car was as he drove away, smiling broadly!! More

I spent about 6 hours over a two day period purchasing my new Equinox. Three hours the first day was spent trying to get a price and payment only to find I was being set up to purchase the vehicle . I had made it clear to Chris upfront I was just getting prices. I was also told during negotiating one interest rate but when setting with the finance department I was given a different rate. When I asked Chris if this was the best he could do He checked and said I would receive a check for $100.00 once the deal closed. Two weeks later and three phone calls later I was told the check was sent today. Chris told me it mailed 5 days ago. I feel Chris did not listen and was only interested in the sale. More

Sales is terrible, they have gave me bad customer service many times, when trying to purchase 3 differend vehicles from them. First was a Used Silverado, originally they were ok, but as the deals started get many times, when trying to purchase 3 differend vehicles from them. First was a Used Silverado, originally they were ok, but as the deals started getting further, the BS started coming, AC was broke on the truck, after its "inspection" once I purchased the truck they said they wre not going to fix it at all. Second was a year or so later when I tryed to trade in the truck for a brand new one, they offered me $4,000 less for my trade than a dealer in Orlando, lets just say I went to orland for business. Service department is OK. Sales is BAD! More
