Customer Service I have a 2016 Chevy Spark. There's something happening to the engine that the service department cannot duplicate. Katie has helped set me up with ons I have a 2016 Chevy Spark. Katie has helped set me up with onstar for 3 months free, so when the engine decides to act up again I can press the onstar button and they will be able to help me. She has helped me so much and a great customer service person!! More
My experience with when leasing a Chevrolet Trac On Saturday 1/21/17 I approached Don Mealey Chevrolet with the idea of doing comparative Lease shopping. I met with Kevin Henderson who provided e On Saturday 1/21/17 I approached Don Mealey Chevrolet with the idea of doing comparative Lease shopping. I met with Kevin Henderson who provided excellent service with a "Lets Make a Deal" attitude without any pressure. He was respectful to both my Wife and I and thanked me for my Service. Kevin was "good enough" that I didn't leave the dealership until I had leased a 2017 Chevy Trac. There wasn't a need for me to shop, although I had gone prepared to do so and had facts & figures on comparative vehicles both Toyota & Nissan. After the deal was made Kevin provided an excellent tutorial on the vehicle and attempted to load the Chevy App to my phone which due to technical issues at On Star couldn't be resolved and On Starthey opened up a Case Ticket. Kevin assured me that we collectively would see that the problem was resolved. Kevin is an asset to Don Mealey .Chevrolet. More

Being so far from home and not knowing anyone down here I was blessed with finding (Don Mealy Chevrolet) and more importantly (Jerry Merriman) a service advisor at the dealership. I wasn't treated like a stranger from out of state, but as a long time customer! They took care of my truck issues in a professional, courteous, compassionate manner and didn't leave me feeling like I was taken advantage of by any means. Jerry went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would rate this as my #1 top Dealership experience in all my years of purchasing or servicing vehicles and would highly recommend Don Mealy Chevrolet and Jerry Merriman to anyone in need.
